I hope we dont waste another first rounder to the bench. We already Benched Locker, dont do it agin with Wright. Also on the Tennessean I noticed on a article it said: Wright is used to working with a mobile QB and will be a good fit for our QB?? Does that mean Locker will start because HasselFag is about a mobile as a headless horse.

I can’t beleave that you posted that Locker SUCKER’S post about Hasselbeck guess some people just try to make themself feel better by cutting others. Matt is a good QB and glad to have him on our team.

Hey Locker Shocker. I am making the assumption that you do not follow football on a regular basis the way an actual fan does. Just listening to the talking heads on the radio and ESPN won’t do you any justice brother, you really need to form your own opinions.
Comparing a rookie quarterback and a rookie receiver is a fallacy. Rookie quarterbacks have generally been proven to endure better under a good mentoring system while taking in the speed of the game in practice and on the sidelines (yes, I know there are exceptions to this, so don’t start name-dropping). In my opinion, due to the pressure of the position, QBs have a better chance of becoming a head-case as well. Rookie receivers can come in and make an immediate impact, however, and given their portion of the playbook isn’t nearly as cumbersome as a QB’s, their transition comes smoother. Think of it this way, a pure athlete (having never played the game) can become an effective receiver much faster than an effective QB.
Also, Hasslebeck’s mobility should not be used to define his quarterback ability. By your standards, you would rather have a Vince Young over Brett Favre… or Jemarcus Russel over Peyton Manning. I agree that Locker is going to be amazing, but give him time to learn something before feeding him to the wolves. I want a franchise QB, not a 3-year wonder!
Finally, as for Kendall Wright… Not that he would ever read this post, but we welcome you with open arms in Tennessee and can’t wait to see what the Britt/Wright tandem will bring to our offense! He will play this season, and you will see amazing things out of this kid.
GO TITANS!!!!! Super Bowl bound baby!!!

Well here’s my opinion… 1st thing Hassellbeck is an awesome qb. the guy knows what hes doing. His problem last year was britt was gone and cjs wallet was so heavy he couldnt freakin run so it all become about passing. well when Nate washington played hurt half the season who the hell was he supposed to throw to? He did a damn good job if you ask me! Now as for Locker, the dude is awesome. but look what happened to cam newton. he was thrown out there w no time to learn and all he did was run and in my opinion is way overrated. Just taking off and running every time you get the ball is a good way to lose a qb to injury and have it plaque him his entire career Look at good ol Vince Young. Locker has the best mentor he could ask for and reguardless of who starts we will be awesome this year. we will have britt back, washington, and wright. defense wont know who to defend and thats when cj comes in and burns their ass!!! I see what they are doing and i freakin love it. Cant wait to see what Munchy does after having time to form the team instead of everything being dropped on him like it was last season. If we dont make the playoffs this year something is def wrong. My hats off to the whole team for what they did last season and I’m dying to see what they do this year. Good Luck Boys and Give Em Hell !!!
